HOW MY PAINTING BROUGHT US TOGETHER at the SUNRISE

  About three month ago I was fortunate enough to meet a wonderful couple from America at my exhibition. Angie and Butch, visited my exhibition and purchased the painting "Divine Light. Athos." At the exhibition I had the opportunity to talk a little about the inspiring place in Halkidiki (Greece) where the painting was created and where they had not been before. They were inspired and had a desire to visit these places and see everything in person. They were very determined and without putting it off for the distant future they soon arrived in Halkidiki following their heart's call!

T  he first day we spent driving around the most picturesque places in Halkidiki, where some of my paintings were created.

  And on the second day we met when it was still dark and went to the same place, depicted in the painting, to meet the sunrise together over the holy mountain Athos! We were comfortably seated on the sand and had the best seats for this performance! We saw a miracle called the Birth of a New Day! 

  I confess it was magical and touching! My painting seemed to come alive before our eyes and we were all filled with gratitude for the beauty we were seeing!

Angie and Butch said that now whenever they look at the painting it will remind them of that magical morning on the beach.

  The sunrise that brought us together in a blissful moment will live long in our memories and in our hearts!

I am very grateful to them for visiting us! It all touched my heart and gave me so much inspiration!
