It was a sunny and slightly cool day. I love coming to this port in the village of Georgioupoli, which is distinguished by the densely growing tall eucalyptus trees, the leaves of which, when heated in the sun, create a wonderful eucalyptus aroma in the air. And of course, one day I came to this shore to play on canvas with the iridescent shades created by leaves moving in the wind.
I opened the car from the trunk side and made myself comfortable inside with my paints. The bare trunks of the eucalyptus trees played in shades of pink, lilac and copper against the bright lush greenery in the sun, while ultramarine shadows crawled across the ground right up to my car.
Slowly, enjoying the spring rays, I was painting. I managed to complete it as soon as the sun hid behind the top of the mountain, promising to return tomorrow.
