The lake opposite my house reveals itself to me in a new way every time! Today there was no wind and the water was completely calm, like a mirror. Only from time to time did a mullet jump out of the lake, probably to admire the sunset. The shadows were thick and rich, and the evening sunlight scattered its warmth through a veil of thin clouds, reflecting a stream of golden light in the mirror of the lake.
