Once a year in the middle of June, beautiful lavender blooms in the Greek village of Mesimeri, which attracts tourists from all over the world with its beauty!
Many are waiting for this event to take impressive photos against the backdrop of the "sea of lilac flowers".
I came with my easel to capture this abundance of lavender on my canvas and absorb the bright scent of flowers and the buzzing of bees into the artwork with paints.With my brush, I've imbued the canvas with the lush purples of thriving lavender under a dynamic sky. Oils allowed me to blend colors vividly, giving life to a scene that's both tranquil and spirited. The impressionistic strokes reflect the fleeting beauty of a perfect afternoon, forever preserved.
