Island of Santorini or Thira is part of the Cyclades ridge of the Aegean Sea. It appeared due seismic slip, and was formed in the Tertiary period, and the island is the world's largest existing marine volcano. According to Greek mythology, Santorini - a clod of earth, the sea god Triton presented for Argonaut, son of Venus and Neptune. Kallisto - a name given Argonauts this island.

Using small strokes shows a complex texture of volcanic rock and architectural buildings of traditional white houses of Santorini.
