This work was painted en plein air in the spring in the amazingly beautiful place of Kavourotripes on the peninsula of Sithonia, Halkidiki, Greece.
There are extraordinary beaches with azure sea and soft sand. In this place, locals are very fond of relaxing in the summer. There is a saying "There is no such thing as Halkidiki". This shows the love of the Greeks themselves for the peninsula of Halkidiki. The artwork is painted in a light impressionistic manner.
